In this way we can cut out a great deal of unnecessary expenditure by removing the middlemen fee, including intermediate agencies, such as exporters, importers, wholesalers, retailers and so on. Thus we save a lot of money at around 15% of retail price for our customers. |

We use Web sales, instead of store sales. Thus we cut out the high cost of store rental and sales staff wage costs, saving you about 5% of the retail price. |

| With your glasses you will receive all original packaging and accessories. In most cases this means the original box, product, glasses case and cleaning cloth. In all cases we will also include our own beautiful micro fibre cloth to ensure that your glasses retain their cleanliness and brand new feel and appearance. |

| We are proud to let you know that standard optical plastic lenses are used in most of our glasses. We also offer thin and light, extra thin and light and ultra thin and light lenses. We don’t offer glass lenses. |
| Plastic lenses are softer than the traditional glass lenses but considerably lighter and safer. We offer our lenses with a Super Hard Scratch Coating on both sides of the lens for added resilience. This coating will not prevent a deep scratch if the lens is dropped on a hard surface, but is excellent at minimizing all the small scratches that generally occur in day to day handling, making your glasses clearer for longer.
A Scratch Resistant Coating is included on your lenses free of charge - there is no extra amount to pay.

| Yes. We have a variety of colour tints. Our prescription sunglasses come with a dark tint, like any average pair of sunglasses, as standard.
Just as we use sunscreen to keep the sun's UV rays from harming our skin, UV treatment in eyeglass lenses blocks those same rays from damaging our eyes. We cordially recommend UV400 coating, which helps blocking potentially harmful ultraviolet rays, to prescript sunglasses or tinted lenses.
Our lenses come with the latest advanced Super Multi-Coating which includes: Scratch Resistance / Anti Glare / Smudge Proofing / Easy-To-Clean and 100% UV Protection. Please note that all these coating will be offered free with the lenses.

| Sure it is. Our premium Anti-Reflective Coating is ideal for computer use and driving at night. The coating works by increasing the light transmission through the lenses, providing you with the clearest, sharpest vision at all times. | All our products must pass our six step quality control inspection before shipping. We guarantee all lenses arrive with 100% accuracy. When you send us an order we carefully check the model number and color codes against our stock and the information we provide to you online. We perform quality control on our frames when they arrive in our laboratories and again when they are picked from our stock for your order. Our lenses are fitted by trained optical dispensers. We have a number of lens accuracy checks throughout the fitting process. Finally your glasses are once again checked as part of the packing and shipping process. This ensures that we only provide you with the highest quality glasses every single time! We take pride in ensuring that every pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses we send to our valued customers meets the high standards that you have come to expect from us. | Generally, we would expect you to receive your glasses within 7 to 14 days (dor, pls check the period of time u needed for delivery from placing your order, and it can be much quicker than that. The length of time for delivery varies, depending on the complexity of your order. For single vision prescriptions (i.e. not bifocals or varifocals) which aren’t too strong (i.e. up to +/- 3 sphere value), it would be the quickest for us to make and take the least time. For stronger prescriptions and bifocals/varifocals, they may take slightly longer because our opticians often need to get in touch with customers to go over their prescriptions.
